Exporting data

Export accounts, campaigns, and line items to CSV from any list view.

Uplift Hub lets you export data to CSV from the Accounts, Campaigns, and Line Items list views. Two export options are available on each screen: export only what’s visible on screen, or export everything in one go.

Export options

Option	What it exports
Export Visible Page	Only the rows currently displayed on screen — respects any active filters and the current page
Export All Data	Every record in the list, across all pages, regardless of filters

Both options export as a CSV file that downloads directly to your browser’s default download folder.

Exporting from the Accounts list

1. Open Accounts

   Select from the sidebar.

2. Open the export menu

   Click the dropdown arrow next to the green button in the top right. A menu appears with export options alongside the quick-create shortcuts.

3. Choose your export

   Select or . The CSV downloads immediately.

Exporting from the Campaigns list

1. Open Campaigns

   Select from the sidebar.

2. Open the export menu

   Click the dropdown arrow next to the green button in the top right.

3. Choose your export

   Select or . The CSV downloads immediately.

Exporting from the Line Items list

Line items can be exported from two places — the global Line Items page, or from within an individual Campaign.

From the global Line Items page

1. Open Line Items

   Select from the sidebar.

2. Open the export menu

   Click the dropdown arrow next to the green button in the top right.

3. Choose your export

   Select or .

From within a campaign

1. Open the campaign

   Navigate to the campaign and scroll down to the Line Items section.

2. Open the export menu

   Click the dropdown arrow next to the button within the Line Items table.

3. Export

   Select . This exports all line items belonging to that campaign only.

Filtering before export

If you only need a subset of records, apply filters before exporting and then use . This lets you export by status, date range, account, or any other available filter without exporting your entire dataset.

To export a specific set of campaigns — for example, all Live campaigns for a particular account — use the filter bar to narrow the list first, then choose .

What’s included in the export

The CSV export includes all columns visible in the list view at the time of export. Columns you have hidden will not appear in the file.

Column visibility is set using the column toggle controls in the toolbar to the left of the button. Adjust which columns are shown before exporting if you need a specific set of fields.
