Quick reference for the language used throughout Uplift Hub.
The buying company on a campaign — usually the advertiser. Sits at the top of the Uplift Hub hierarchy. Every campaign and line item belongs to one account.
A tab at the campaign and line item levels. Finalised ad creatives are uploaded here. If the client has supplied files, upload them directly. If ad design is still needed, the designer uploads files here for client approval.
A tab at the campaign and line item levels showing a chronological log of every change made to that record — who changed what and when.
The collection of activity sold under a single contract, purchase or insertion order. A campaign is made up of one or more line items.
Storage for screenshots of ads in situ — proof that a campaign is live or finished. Found on the Evidence tab at the campaign and line item levels.
The individual rows that make up a campaign — each one mirrors a line on the media plan and is associated with exactly one ad product.
The individual components that make up a finished ad: images, logos, copy, click-through URLs, tracking scripts and third-party hosted ad tags.
Shown next to live line items in the Reporting view. Pacing is a percentage that tells you how on-track delivery is relative to where it should be at this point in the campaign.
  • Pacing % higher than Completion % — delivery has been front-loaded. This is sometimes intentional (e.g. to ensure delivery before a competing campaign starts later in the window).
  • Pacing % lower than Completion % — the line item is at risk of under-delivering by its end date. Raise this with your Platform 195 representative as soon as you notice it.
In most campaigns running to an even delivery schedule, pacing and completion percentages will be roughly equal.
A predefined grouping of products sold together. Selecting a Package campaign type auto-populates the line items for you.Packages are either fixed or blended:
  • Fixed — each product’s price is locked. The campaign budget cannot be changed after creation.
  • Blended — each product has a percentage weighting of the total budget. You can adjust the campaign budget at any time and each line item’s value updates automatically.
Example: a blended package with two products — Product A at 25% and Product B at 75% — on a £400 campaign gives Product A £100 and Product B £300. Increase the budget to £800 and it becomes £200 and £600.
The individual ad product sold to the advertiser. Each line item is associated with exactly one product.
An optional field on an account used to record identifiers from your internal systems — such as a Salesforce ID, Xero reference, or site targeting parameter. Multiple IDs can be stored against a single account.
The ad-server engine that delivers on-site ads for Platform 195 clients. Line items delivered via Uplift Ads have automated reporting.
Platform 195’s audience-extension offering — activates ads across networks including search and social media. Also includes automated reporting.
